Out of school - Claims advice
If you are currently insured with us and require further information from us regarding making a claim under your policy. Please read the following details.
If you are unfortunate to make a claim under your policy, we would welcome you at the first instance to contact us on 0845 602 0339 during normal working hours. This will allow us to take some details from you in order to set up a claims file on your records.
At Albany Childcare, we try to make all aspects of your Insurance policy as simple as possible from arranging cover, renewing your policy, amending your policy and reporting claims. If at any stage you require assistance all you have to do is get in touch with us!
To report a new claim
There are several ways in reporting a new claim to us. The quickest and easiest way is to report the details online directly to the insurers. This will ensure that there is no delay in submitting any claim forms through the post and can be report anytime day or night.In order to report a new claim online, please use the link below to be directed to the relevant pages. You will need your policy number in order to proceed, this will start with BPP.
Completing a Claims Form
We do still accept claims form for or Out of School Insurance packages. In order to complete a claims form, you should click on the link below to download the latest claims form. Once this has been completed and signed, you should send the form to us with any estimates for repairing or replacing the items for which you are claiming form. You should post your form to us at Albany Childcare 162 Buchanan Street, Glasgow, G1 2LL.
